Responsibilities:
- Drives seamless delivery of brand projects by aligning client goals, creative teams, and timelines with precision.
- Input expenses, and track against project budgets, ensuring that all costs are recharged to the client.
- Create budgets/proposals to share with senior team members.
- Proactively inform clients of budget spend and billing status, whilst ensuring projects remain at the required profitability levels for 1HQ.
- Create project plans and ensure efficient and profitable use of studio time.
- Daily management of end to end projects.
- Thinking strategically on how we can approach projects in different ways to ensure the best results for both clients and 1HQ.
- Compile business reports and ensure forecasting is maintained on a weekly basis.
- Transforms client vision into bold, original brand ideas that spark engagement and drive distinction.
- Strategically interpret client briefs to develop clear & inspiring creative briefs for the creative teams.
- Be responsible for working collaboratively with all teams across the business to deliver excellent results for our clients which exceeds expectations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty; act as a trusted advisor to understand and meet client needs.
- Be the main point of contact from Senior Brand Manager down
- Successfully find, grow and maintain relationships.
- Ensure 1HQ has the visibility and growth opportunities for clients.
- Oversees team performance and project flow, ensuring creative excellence and client satisfaction at every stage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to expand the client base; develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience.
- Highly experienced in project management.
- A solid understanding of branding across multiple categories an beyond is essential.
- Experience in working with global brands.
- Demonstrable experience in pushing boundaries whilst still maintaining the integrity of the work and a rich understanding of relevance to the category.
- An understanding of financial processes with the ability to build complex cost estimates, undertake billing tasks, raise Purchase Orders and enter timesheets.
- An understanding of Salesforce is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present and communicate to a variety of audiences both internally and externally.
- Ability to oversee work and manage multiple workloads.
- Strong written skills with the ability to write concise, challenging, and inspirational creative briefs based on insights into the market and category.
- A proactive approach to building relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to deal with complex challenges effectively and see the through to a conclusion.
- A problem solver who uses initiative and can deliver speedy and pragmatic solutions.
