About this opportunity:
We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short- and long-term profitable business for IPECS through proactive business development and operation based on a fundamental understanding of the customers' and partners' business, operations, and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions, allowing a seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relationships in order to actively contribute to making customers and IPECS successful. This job role could be focused on a specific part of the customer's business, technology area, and/or geography.
What you will do:
• Manage the existing overseas partners by mobilizing internal resources effectively to design and sell comprehensive solutions.
• Manage the existing overseas partners - Contracting, marketing, promotion, pricing, product planning, inventory controll, business planning, payment and credit management, logistics and shipment, daily communications, revenue forecasting, project management, alignment with IPECS strategy.
• Proper and on timely reporting of partner management to line managers and the company.
• New market/partner development and maintenance.
• Formulate and drive account sales strategies.
• Smoothly transition from sales to operations, ensuring seamless implementation and execution.
• Cultivate and foster both internal and external relationships to positively contribute to the success of our customers and IPECS.
• Actively engage in market analysis, understanding the current trends to guide business decisions.
• Mitigate business risks through effective and strategic management practices.
• Ensure compliance with IPECS' policies, security, and delivery standards.
Requirements:
• 5~10 years of experience of international sales or trading or ICT industry
• Advanced English
• High agility, ability to work in an uncertain, dynamic environment
• Positive & proactive mindset, sincerity, responsibility
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead a team in the future
