Our B2B client is seeking an Account Manager to oversee key client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery of integrated marketing solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, leading project execution, and supporting the growth of client accounts. This role is critical in strengthening long-term partnerships, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to the client’s commercial success.

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted and collaborative relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape to deliver relevant strategies and solutions.
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs, ensuring internal teams are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain oversight of campaign progress, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Strategic Planning & Consultation

  • Support the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Provide strategic recommendations across digital, media, and content channels to enhance client performance and brand impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of work through proactive problem solving and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews with insights, analysis, and recommendations.

Project & Campaign Execution

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery by coordinating with internal teams (creative, media, performance, strategy, and data).
  • Ensure alignment across workstreams and facilitate seamless execution across markets when relevant.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure accountability and operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and escalate risks when required.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Review campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver clear, structured, and insight-driven reporting to clients.
  • Monitor pacing, performance, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
  • Partner with analytics and performance teams to integrate actionable insights into future planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Build strong internal relationships across global and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with media and technology partners (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
  • Participate in partner sessions to uncover innovative approaches and potential collaborations for the client.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that ensures smooth communication and shared accountability.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or integrated marketing roles—preferably with B2B clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategies, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Experience managing multi-market or large-scale B2B accounts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven, and commercially minded mindset.
