What your typical day will look like:

As an Account Manager for Dentsu Creative, you’ll act as the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of creative campaigns from concept to execution. You will build trusted client relationships, understand business needs, and work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver impactful, integrated solutions.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Client Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end process of campaign delivery, from briefing through execution, while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to ensure ideas are innovative, aligned with client objectives, and executed flawlessly.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through creative thinking and value-added recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and ensure smooth resolution to maintain high-quality standards.

A bit about you:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally within a creative or advertising agency.
  • Strong knowledge of creative campaign development and execution across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven with a passion for creativity and client success.
