Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact within YOBO.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our white-label technology solutions to clients, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand our services and upsell additional products or features to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to clients.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and analytics tools to track client performance and generate insights.
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with retail and F&B sectors is preferred.
- Empathy, customer-focused mindset, and dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in good communication skill in both oral and written in English
- 1-2 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
