Lead events sales team to enhance user acquisition through roadshow activations, ensuring compliance and alignment with sales goals.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the events sales team to drive user acquisition and retention through events and roadshow activations.
- Oversee events, roadshow campaigns, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
- Implement comprehensive training programs to ensure the sales team is proficient with the CMC Invest/Markets platform, product suite, marketing campaign mechanics, and compliance standards.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns, offer valuable feedback, and delegations within sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Other duties if required.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and skilled in verbal communication.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English & Chinese as you will be interacting with customers who primarily speak Chinese
- Familiarity with financial products and financial services compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Candidate with CFMAS 1B, 2B, EIP & SIP preferred
- Fully based onsite at Roadshow
- 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays (Off on weekday)
- Working Hours: 11am to 8pm
- Salary package: Base Salary + Tiered Commission
