Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients and collaborators.
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to guarantee client happiness.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the microbiology sector.
Manage accounts with recurring revenue and handle contract renewals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless solutions to our customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to determine potential impacts on sales.
Address backorders and find suitable alternatives for customers.
3+ years of proven track record in sales within in-vitro diagnostics, clinical microbiology or related scientific field.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field with equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and motivated by achieving goals.
Understanding of In-Vitro Diagnostics and it's testing requirements.
