About this team:
Media Planners work directly with Demand Facilitation and Demand Solutions teams to plan and build successful proposals for campaigns that will run on the Magnite platform.
In this role you will:
Work directly with Demand Facilitation and Demand Solutions teams to understand client objectives and media strategies
Oversee the planning and building of proposals for OTT, online video, and display ad campaigns
Partner with the Demand Facilitation team to win new business by creating competitive/strategic RFPs
Support Demand Solutions on a portfolio of accounts by proposing relevant upsell opportunities based on client goals
Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional internal teams
Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and your understanding of clients' KPIs through dashboards/reports
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
We’re looking for someone with:
3-4 years of experience in digital advertising with an understanding of the adtech landscape
Solid experience in G Suite (Sheets/Slides) and MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint), including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software is a plus
Demonstrated ability to maintain professional business relationships through excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Additional Skills Required:
Programmatic/analytics led solution experience
Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem
Experience working with agencies and client direct clientele
Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
