Strategic Account Management & Sales Growth
Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of clients, specifically focusing on the unique demands of the Shipyard sector.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell industrial gas solutions to maintain and grow annual sales targets.
Forge deep, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, ranging from procurement heads to on-site project managers.
Commercial & Contractual Oversight
Lead the negotiation and timely renewal of high-value supply contracts to ensure commercial viability and client retention.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to support business planning and financial goals.
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including following up on late payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Technical & Operational Excellence
Develop a deep understanding of client applications (e.g., welding, cutting, inerting) to provide tailored gas solutions and technical advice.
Monitor and plan stock levels in collaboration with operations to ensure successful, on-time delivery to critical shipyard projects.
Work closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure the timely execution of service plans and project delivery.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or Technical Sales, ideally within the Industrial Gas or Chemical industry.
Proven track record working with the Shipyard/Marine sector and a strong understanding of their operational requirements.
Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex contract renewals.
Ability to understand technical applications of gases to better consult with engineering and production teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both external clients and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
