About this team:
As an Account Manager on the APAC Demand Team, you’ll be responsible for managing some of the region's key customer relationships in the Greater China Region. You will deliver outstanding, industry-leading client service to mid to senior level POCs, ensuring client happiness as determined by peer & client feedback. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership of your book of business, understanding your clients business goals and requirements innately and navigate internally to deliver on these.
This is a position based in Singapore, reporting directly to Manager, AM APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of mobile advertisers, launching their campaigns, defining their strategies, upselling, and aligning internal resources to execute their goals
- Support New Business Sales at times
- Show fluency with the processing and use of complex data sets to achieve account growth objectives
- Strong relationships with mid level POCs; Introductory relationships with higher level stakeholders
- Collaborate cross functionally with Analytics & Operations, creative and product teams to solve issues, identifying opportunities for improvement and facilitating internal meetings to drive results
- Strong level of understanding of Liftoff product and digital performance ecosystem; consulting clients on the right strategy to meet their goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of experience. Minimum 3-5 years of account management and sales experience
- Organization and project management skills
- Creative solution-seeking skills
- Prior experience in an adtech company is preferred.
- An understanding of the mobile app and/or digital media ecosystem
- A strategic and data-driven mindset
- Ability to extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets. Excel proficiency required.
- Previous experience working directly with customers in the Greater China Region, especially Mainland China.
- Minimum business fluency in Mandarin Chinese in order to independently interact with China-based customers.
Location:
We prefer this role to work from our Singapore office at least 1 day/week.
Travel Expectations:

Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
We are open to both mid-level Account Managers and Senior Account Managers for this opening.
The annual pay range for this position (mid level through Senior level AM) in Singapore is: OTE (base + variable) of 99,000 - 139,650 SGD

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location. Liftoff provides employees a total compensation package of competitive market salaries, equity, health and wellness stipends, medical benefits associated with your country of residence. The base compensation will vary based on location, experience as well as level.
