Account Executive (AE)
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is offered on a one‑year fixed‑term contract, renewable on a yearly basis. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day client work, help drive smooth project execution, and grow your skills across media relations, content development, and account coordination.
You’ll work primarily on B2B accounts across sectors such as technology, finance, and energy, and collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role
- Support day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination to ensure quality and accuracy
- Draft and support execution of PR materials, including press releases, media lists, briefings, decks, and client updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly
- Track action items, flag risks early, and help maintain strong account hygiene
- Stay adaptable and solutions-oriented when priorities shift or details evolve
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, professional communicator—comfortable working with internal teams and supporting client interactions
- Curious, proactive learner who can pick up new industries and topics quickly
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining quality
- Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills—able to draft emails, documents, and basic decks in English
