You’ll be part of a Sales & Relationship Management Team based in Singapore who is on the front lines of our Client acquisition. This is a chance to expand your skills and learn from experienced professionals who support Clients’ trading journey with OANDA by helping them with our resources & expertise. Your contributions will be key in shaping something truly impactful!

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office at least thrice a week with respect to your own commitments.

What You’ll Do?

  • Transform prospects who find our app into active OANDA traders & build a strong referral network through high-intensity outbound calls, emails, and messages.

  • Act as an expert on OANDA’s full suite of platforms, products & features, you will provide engaging and valuable guidance to Clients.

  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve queries and ensure quality experience.

  • Implement sales strategies & marketing campaigns.

  • Keep abreast of the financial markets & competitors’ happenings, share insights with the team to spot & seize opportunities.

  • Obtain M1B/RES1B and M6A/CM-SIP within the first few months of employment to successfully complete the probationary period.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

  • Previous experience in a mostly phone-based role within Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service would be advantageous.

  • Very good English and Mandarin; knowledge of any other APAC language is a plus.

  • An AI enthusiast who is curious about exploring new technologies and AI tools to supercharge sales.

  • M1B/RES1B and M6A/CM-SIP licences or being passionate about learning & open to obtain the certifications during probation.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a passion for sales.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-intensity sales environment.

  • Committed to a collaborative environment where you not only drive personal success but also encourage team success.

  • Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus.
