About the role

  We are currently looking to hire results-driven Account Executives to join our team and be responsible for driving revenue and customer growth by discovering, qualifying, building relationships, negotiating, and onboarding new clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business by driving sales in their existing accounts as well as new accounts in the Singapore region
  2. Converting existing relationships as potential clients for Builder to ensure a seamless transition
  3. Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping, and presentations
  4. Effectively utilize sales tools for pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress (Forecasting), developing monthly, quarterly level forecasts
  5. Responsible for all aspects of the selling process - identify, qualify, sell, close and coordinate for all volume business in a designated territory generate leads by using networking and other sales tools qualify, sell and close
  6. Identify key steps to close the sale, identify the decision-maker and influencers, etc
  7. Determine availability needs and objectives gain agreement of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business drivers
  8. Close significant $ sales across multiple accounts across assigned territory accurate forecasting of business, previous experience with ideal
Requirements
  • You have at 7-15 years of sales experience including solid experience in a full-cycle sales role selling B2B SaaS/ software solutions
  • Ability to present & excellent communication skills in English.
  • A strong network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory
  • Experience with lead generation and sales closure
  • Strong exposure to handling the assigned market track record of maintaining relationships with accounts
  • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware
  • Must live in Singapore
  • Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database) and developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of ’s products
