About The Job

As an Enterprise Account Executive - ASEAN at Verkada, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth for one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world. This is a hunting-focused role, giving you the opportunity to establish and grow Verkada’s presence in the ASEAN region. Our mission is clear: to protect people and places in a privacy-sensitive way through our innovative, cloud-based physical security solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle - developing a regional strategy, prospecting, onboarding channel partners, and closing deals. Success in this role requires grit, resilience, and a strategic approach to multithreading accounts, engaging decision-makers across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Source and close new enterprise business across the ASEAN region to consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build a deep understanding of Verkada’s products and their applications across industries such as manufacturing, retail, education, and corporate.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy, including market research, lead generation, and account prioritisation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, conduct demos, craft proposals, and close deals.
  • Drive revenue growth through onboarding and collaborating with channel partners across ASEAN.
  • Multithread accounts by engaging stakeholders at various levels within target organisations.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to enterprise customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to ensure seamless product launches and drive future growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
  • Provide market/client feedback to the product and engineering teams to refine offerings.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
  • Experience building and managing a regional territory from scratch.
  • Familiarity with ASEAN markets and IT channel partners is a strong advantage.

  • Executive Presence: Confident and polished, able to lead meetings with senior executives across industries.
  • Grit and Resilience: A self-starter who thrives on prospecting and hunting new business.

  • Multithreading Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders within accounts, both up and down the organisation.
  • Creative and Collaborative: Partners with marketing to drive growth initiatives for the region.
