About this role:
The Account Executive is a sales role responsible for direct client contract value, retention, and growth through contract expansion, as well as the introduction of new products and services for clients in the Taiwan market.
What you’ll do:

Consult with C-level executive clients to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value Gartner delivers.

Manage accounts with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Identify, introduce, and acquire business not currently subscribing to Gartner’s Research.

Master and consistently execute Gartner’s internal sales methodology.

Demonstrate senior sales leadership through coaching, mentoring, and developing junior sales account executives.
What you’ll need:

Proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (services or software).

Knowledge of the Taiwan market; bilingual proficiency in professional-level Mandarin and English to communicate with external and internal stakeholders.

Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within enterprises.

Proven experience in building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful, and strategic vision into their business.

Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
