Teads Singapore is hiring for an Account Director to join our award-winning team. If you're passionate about digital media, eager to make an impact, and thrive on driving revenue growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You’ll Do:
As an Account Director at Teads, you’ll be the driving force behind our new business efforts with agencies and brands. Reporting to the VP of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and expand Tead’s footprint with strategic agencies and brands.
  • Navigate and establish relationships across complex agency structures, from trading desks to executive teams, while educating them on Teads' cutting-edge solutions.
  • Align Teads’ value proposition with the evolving needs of your prospects and clients, ensuring they receive tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline to ensure accuracy in revenue forecasting.
  • Partner closely with internal teams across insights, customer experience, and technical solutions to deliver excellence and optimise client satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 8 years sales experience in either ad-tech or online media, with strong track record of prospecting and delivering success
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • University degree
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
