Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders. You’ll be part of the Wise Platform team in APAC, working closely with our existing enterprise partners to help deliver world class payment service solutions, powered by the Wise infrastructure.

We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Agoda, Bank Mandiri and Aspire in APAC, and today have 80+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform. 

A bit about the role:

You will be a Senior Account Manager within a fast growing regional commercial team, responsible for driving growth with our existing partners in APAC. You’ll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your partner portfolio, execute the deals effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders. 

The role is based in our Singapore office, but you will also work closely with the Global Account Management and Customer Success teams based around the world. You will collaborate with other functions across Wise Platform and the wider Wise organisation, including our product management, engineering, compliance & legal, delivery, as well as business development teams.

Your mission: 

  • Work closely with Wise Platform partners and teams to identify, progress and close a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts portfolio, driving revenue and volume growth for Wise

  • Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for your partners, articulating strategies for expansion and growth, as well as retention

  • Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives, define their priorities and be clear on their decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners

  • Design and manage stakeholder maps that capture essential contacts from Wise and the Partner and how they engage each other

  • Use data to identify opportunities and to inform data-driven dialogue with your partners

  • Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, highlighting blockers and leveraging support across various functions

  • Collaborate closely with other Wise teams to develop and enhance Wise infrastructure capabilities through new partnership opportunities and product development 

  • Work on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach both within the APAC region and globally, such as helping iterate our product roadmap, pricing strategies, go to market efforts - or anything else that helps drive growth
