The Account Development Executive role in Chubb offers you the opportunity to connect customers with products that meet their needs, by marketing Chubb’s insurance policies to the mass markets through outbound telemarketing.
In this role, you will…
- Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
Note: Relevant training will be provided
Qualifications- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM equivalent
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred
- Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- Confident communicator with good verbal skills
- Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
- Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
- Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude
