JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) business growth in emerging markets, with a primary focus on Cooling, Solar PV, and related solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country heads, engineering, and finance, to develop compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and refine financial models to assess the commercial viability of EaaS projects.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including pricing, contract structuring, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases and financial projections for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management processes to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to address legal and contractual issues.
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of commercial experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the EaaS business model, particularly in the Cooling, Solar PV, and related domains.
  • Experience in emerging markets.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work independently.
