Manage a portfolio of enterprise financial-services clients across Japan/APAC to drive SaaS adoption, retention, expansion and value realization. Act as trusted advisor, deliver executive presentations, workshops and success plans, monitor usage and NPS/CSAT, troubleshoot use cases, and collaborate with Sales and Services to identify expansion opportunities and prevent churn.

Lead and deliver large, complex Xceptor implementations for financial services clients. Act as hands-on delivery lead owning governance, risk management, quality, and outcomes. Coach and mentor delivery teams, manage escalations, improve delivery practices, and support pre-sales to expand client engagements.
