Advance Wise’s government relations and public policy objectives across Southeast Asia, particularly India and key APAC markets. Develop and implement policy strategies, advocate with governments, regulators, and trade associations, support leadership in external meetings, and collaborate with product, banking, compliance, legal, and public relations teams. The role requires frequent regional travel, strong financial-services and payments knowledge, persuasive communication, political and regulatory networks, and independent execution.

Leads technology-focused internal audit activities globally, including IT audit planning, risk assessment, audit delivery, continuous monitoring, automation, analytics, reporting, and recommendation tracking. Builds and supervises the IT internal audit team, coordinates internal and external audit partners, and collaborates with stakeholders across regions. The role focuses on cloud-platform controls, technology risk, governance, assurance frameworks, and improving internal audit methodologies in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead and execute internal audits across APAC, develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines, build the internal audit team, deliver audit plans, report findings, and drive remediation with stakeholders using data-driven techniques.
