Serves as the on-site face of WeWork by welcoming members and guests, managing the front desk, supporting events and member engagement, handling mail and packages, maintaining access records, communicating building updates, and assisting with daily building operations. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, multitasking, and creating a welcoming coworking community.

Nurture and qualify inbound leads, conduct occasional outbound prospecting, build sales pipelines, identify opportunities, and coordinate qualified handoffs to Leasing Teams. The role owns a territory and sales process, uses CRM and marketing automation platforms, communicates WeWork’s value proposition, and provides strong customer service. Fluency in English and Vietnamese supports prospects in Vietnam, while organizational, communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Manages regional facilities contracts, vendor governance, procurement processes, operational systems, budgeting, audits, performance frameworks, and purchase-to-pay administration across Australia and Southeast Asia. Leads contract renewals, commercial compliance, supplier performance reviews, technology rollouts, process standardization, reporting, ROI analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder enablement. Regional travel is required.
