Hands-on System Administrator responsible for administering on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online, planning and executing mailbox migrations, managing Microsoft 365 messaging and Entra ID, maintaining Windows Server/AD infrastructure, supporting IAM and SSO integrations, ensuring security/compliance, providing escalated operational support, and automating tasks with PowerShell.

Operate and evolve Vitol's global shared platforms, CI/CD and cloud services (AWS hybrid). Build platform tooling, automation, pipelines, and deployment services; own reliability, incident response, lifecycle management; partner with developers and security to improve developer experience and embed secure practices; collaborate globally on support and standards.
