Manage strategic Singapore government accounts, selling cybersecurity and IT solutions to ministries and homeland security stakeholders. Build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, navigate GeBIZ tenders and procurement requirements, coordinate resellers and system integrators, manage forecasts and account plans, and exceed sales quotas. The role requires knowledge of government cybersecurity, regulated environments, competitive solutions, cloud platforms, and security clearance processes.

Serves as the primary technical and account contact for premium customers, deploying and maintaining security solutions, resolving incidents, managing support cases, and advising on threats. The role partners with cloud, DevOps, IT, application, development, and SOC teams; provides documentation, reporting, training, technical reviews, and crisis support; and supports implementations, pre-sales, and customer retention activities.

Serve as the technical pre-sales bridge to Sales and customers: lead demos, architect security solutions, train and enable sales and channel partners, support onboarding and customer success, and influence customerstechnical strategy for TrendAI products.
