Conduct local market research, engage U.S. parent communities, identify user needs, create content for WeChat and Xiaohongshu, and plan local events and partnerships. The specialist will independently manage marketing projects from planning through execution, coordinate resources, assess results, and develop toward ownership of a regional market.

Recruiting Interns source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain applicant tracking records, create job postings, and support recruitment strategies and HR initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, discretion, attention to detail, and bilingual Mandarin-English proficiency. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Calendly. Greenhouse experience is preferred.

Provide Mandarin-speaking customer support to students and parents: respond to inquiries, monitor student progress, assist with scheduling and leaves, resolve complaints, document feedback, and collaborate with teaching and operations to improve the customer experience.
