Responsibilities include researching user needs, creating helpful content, managing and moderating the branded subreddit, engaging communities, tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing tailored strategies for emerging communities.

Creates and distributes social media content across Instagram and Facebook, with potential expansion to TikTok and Reddit. Tracks performance metrics, identifies effective content patterns, supports scheduling and publishing, engages with online communities, researches trends, and assists paid media creative development and A/B testing. The role focuses on follower growth and converting social engagement into qualified leads.

Recruit candidates through U.S. job boards and university channels, screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, answer candidate questions, and coordinate interviews. Support the company’s U.S. Instagram employer-branding account by creating and publishing content about culture, employees, events, and opportunities. Monitor engagement, collaborate with China-based HR teams across time zones, and provide recruitment updates.

Provide Mandarin-speaking customer support to students and parents: respond to inquiries, monitor student progress, assist with scheduling and leaves, resolve complaints, document feedback, and collaborate with teaching and operations to improve the customer experience.

Part-time remote teaching assistant supporting middle school AMC10 students: manage class flow, grade and give feedback, maintain parent communications (WeCom), record explanatory videos, edit materials, and assist with homework and office hours.
