Part-time remote teaching assistant supporting middle school AMC10 students: manage class flow, grade and give feedback, maintain parent communications (WeCom), record explanatory videos, edit materials, and assist with homework and office hours.

Create and distribute social media content (Instagram, Facebook; expand to TikTok/Reddit), support paid media creative and A/B tests, track performance metrics, engage communities and respond to messages, and research trends. Use Canva and AI tools to produce visuals and assist content planning and scheduling. Bilingual Mandarin required.

Part-time US-based Recruiting Coordinator (Mandarin required) responsible for sourcing and screening candidates on US platforms, coordinating interviews with China-based HR, and managing the US employer-brand Instagram with basic content creation using Canva/CapCut/Photoshop. Approximately 20 hours/week during Beijing evening hours.

Provide Mandarin-language customer support to students and parents: respond to inquiries, manage scheduling and leave requests, monitor student progress, resolve complaints, document feedback, and collaborate with teaching and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
