Lead business development across APAC by building strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities, developing regional growth strategies, and connecting customer technical needs with Tenstorrent’s Compute and AI solutions. Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, collaborate cross-functionally, track industry trends, and drive sales targets and revenue growth.

Partners with North American senior leaders on organizational design, leveling, performance calibration, investigations, reorganizations, sensitive employee matters, and exits. Diagnoses underlying organizational and people issues, guides difficult leadership decisions, and ensures fair promotion and performance practices. The role independently owns HR challenges from start to finish while helping build scalable People function systems during rapid growth.
