Lead and deliver site start-up (SSU) activities for clinical studies, ensuring sites become activation-ready on time and on budget. Oversee site selection, regulatory/ethics submissions, clinical trial agreements and budgets, essential document collection, integrated SSU timelines, risk mitigation, and client communication. Mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain quality, compliance, and project profitability.

Manage RFP intake and response processes for CRO/pharmaceutical proposals: assign SMEs, prepare and align proposal text, budgets and cover letters, obtain third-party quotes, update tracking tools, perform peer QC, present client-specific budgets, and collaborate with BD and operations to improve proposal quality and strategy.

Lead and oversee site start-up activities across assigned APAC countries, including site selection, regulatory submissions, contract and budget negotiations, TMF/essential document management, integrated SSU timelines, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality control to ensure timely site activation and project profitability.
