Leads human resources for StandardAero’s Singapore aviation operations site. Partners with leadership on workforce strategy, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, payroll oversight, benefits, engagement, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Ensures compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM guidelines, work-pass requirements, CPF, SDL, IRAS, and aerospace standards while supporting a high-performance safety and quality culture.

Performs jet engine reliability and life-cycle analysis for CFM56 engines, including failure-mode analysis, root-cause investigations, reliability modeling, database development, trend analysis, and cost modeling. Leads or supports engineering projects, manages timelines, prepares technical reports and presentations, and collaborates with customers, management, and service engineering teams. Requires advanced engine reliability expertise, programming and database skills, statistical analysis, project management, and proficiency with enterprise data systems.
