Serve as primary customer contact for SMB Greater China accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals and upsells. Provide strategic digital marketing guidance, identify churn risks, build relationships, develop product expertise, produce client materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value from the Similarweb platform.

The Customer Success Manager will engage with enterprise clients, enhance their experience, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure account retention through strong relationships and strategic support.

Identify, engage, qualify, and set meetings with target prospects for the AI & LLM team focused on Greater China. Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, voicemails, and social media; use prospecting/research and enablement tools; collaborate with team to improve processes; stay current on industry trends; participate in ongoing training.

Build a strong sales pipeline for SEA through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, voicemails, social media), qualify accounts using research tools and enablement technology, set meetings for Account Executives, collaborate with the team to improve processes, stay current on industry trends, and participate in regular training. Role is onsite in Singapore and reports to the Director of Sales Development.
