Act as stream lead, translate complex requirements into scalable designs, define accounting standards, resolve high-complexity escalations, mentor consultants, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across accounting solution delivery.

Lead post-sale customer success for buy-side clients using SimCorp One; drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion through success plans, stakeholder engagement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

The role involves defining best practices for front office solutions, engaging with clients on implementations, and ensuring domain expertise in portfolio management, trading, and compliance.

Lead design and implementation of SimCorp risk and performance attribution solutions, onboard and train clients, resolve complex issues, manage client relationships, collaborate with quant, operations and product teams, and drive product and process improvements to meet client requirements.
