Collaborates with Engineering and Product to resolve bugs, identify recurring problems, improve processes, and create documentation. The role includes direct customer communication, root-cause analysis, and participation in a global on-call rotation.

Own the full sales cycle for Sedna’s AI-powered maritime trade platform, from prospecting and discovery through demos, technical validation, negotiation, and close. Build pipelines across global shipping operators, develop strategic account plans, identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities, and manage renewals. Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to deliver customer value, maintain accurate forecasts, and support long-term account growth.
