The Regional Procurement Lead at Santen Asia will oversee all sourcing and indirect procurement activities, drive procurement strategy for various categories, establish supplier relationships, implement performance monitoring systems, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires at least 6-8 years of experience in procurement field and a degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Finance.

The Regional Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, Integrated Business Planning, KPI management, and improvement initiatives. They will monitor supplies, support supply constraint management, lead IBP initiatives, analyze KPIs, and support projects under SCM Asia Control Tower.
