Leads Santander’s Asia Pacific digital infrastructure structured finance activities, including transaction origination, structuring, execution, approvals, documentation, distribution, and portfolio management. Develops financing strategies, financial models, credit analyses, risk assessments, and marketing materials while managing client relationships and coordinating with coverage, syndications, DCM, legal, risk, compliance, and operations teams. Supports syndicated loans, debt capital markets, and broader structured financing initiatives across the region.

Support origination, structuring and execution of financing transactions across project, leveraged, real estate, asset, syndicated loans, DCM, fund finance and securitization. Prepare financial models, credit analysis, client presentations and internal credit papers. Coordinate due diligence, approvals, documentation and closing. Support syndication/DCM execution, monitor portfolio exposures, covenant compliance and refinancing opportunities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead growth of the Private Debt Mobilization franchise across Asia by structuring, underwriting and distributing primary and secondary debt products; optimize balance sheet via sell-downs, securitization and risk transfers; provide liquidity analysis for underwriting decisions; manage syndication, investor engagement, policy dissemination and implementation of operational/IT requirements.
