Own Primer’s APAC partnerships strategy, recruiting and managing payment and service partners across the full relationship lifecycle. Build partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell with regional Sales, drive attributable revenue, and strengthen integrations and market reach. Manage executive relationships and partner onboarding while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires strong payments ecosystem knowledge, commercial focus, Mandarin fluency, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Own technical success for enterprise merchants across payment performance, integration debugging, incident escalations, solution design, technical reviews, and regulatory implementation. Monitor authorization rates, tokenization, routing, and risk; investigate API, SDK, webhook, and payment issues using logs, traces, scripts, and SQL. Lead technical enablement and rollout feedback while coordinating with Support, Product, and Engineering.

Own and improve Primer’s APAC go-to-market operations through territory planning, account prioritization, dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis. Translate data into actionable recommendations, identify merchant journey bottlenecks, support pricing and renewal decisions, and develop AI-enabled workflows for Sales. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and senior leadership to improve revenue performance.

The Business Development Manager will own the sales cycle, focusing on enterprise accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
