Jobs at Prevail Fund

Build and steward talent networks across target geographies, source top talent, and lead full-cycle recruitment for Prevail and partner organizations. Act as a talent partner to grantees, embed with partner teams as needed, track metrics, improve processes, and ensure excellent candidate experience. Remote role within four hours of CET with occasional travel to meet partners.

Lead a three-month evidence review and synthesis on livelihoods interventions and provider organizations. Define impact metrics and an evidence-levels framework, review studies for ~20 organizations, synthesize what works and why, incorporate findings into a cost-effectiveness model, and help draft a decision memo recommending whether to launch a new fund. Work closely with Prevail's research team and contribute independent, judgment-driven analysis.
