Lead end-to-end product design for institutional financial services (lending, OTC, portfolio/risk). Define workflows for lending, collateral, OTC/RFQ, risk controls, account hierarchies, RBAC, multi-entity accounts, API/SDK usability, onboarding, and client operations to deliver secure enterprise-grade B2B UX.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available backend services in Java. Own backend architecture, optimize performance, develop APIs and integrations, support production, conduct code reviews, and contribute to AI engineering tools and infrastructure.

Lead QA for backend and distributed systems: design test strategies, automate API and backend tests, validate databases and message-driven workflows, test high-concurrency and fault-tolerant scenarios, integrate CI/CD, monitor production, debug incidents, and drive QA best practices and AI-assisted testing improvements.

Lead product strategy and execution for BNBChain ecosystem verticals (DeFi, payments, AI, stablecoins). Define roadmaps, write PRDs, set KPIs, use on-chain analytics, conduct competitive research, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch and iterate products used by developers and millions of users.

Build and maintain the BNB Chain middleware stack to simplify data fetching, transaction signing, and smart contract interactions. Create reusable SDKs and UI components for dApp developers, manage protocol integrations, and improve developer UX for wallet connectivity and transaction flows.

Partner with ecosystem stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, diagnose user and partner pain points, and translate them into product requirements and prototypes. Maintain deep knowledge of BNB Chain (BSC, opBNB, BNB Greenfield), research emerging technologies (e.g., AI tooling), and drive cross-functional alignment to move opportunities from discovery to prototype while tracking outcomes.

Develop, maintain, and optimize core blockchain client software including node implementation, P2P networking, and consensus. Implement features, perform code reviews, troubleshoot synchronization/state/transaction issues, and contribute to documentation and technical specs.

Design, build, and operate highly available, scalable cloud-native infrastructure across AWS/GCP/Azure. Manage Kubernetes production clusters (autoscaling with Karpenter), implement IaC with Terraform, automate tasks in Go/Python, run middleware (Kafka/Redis/NGINX), improve observability, troubleshoot incidents, and support CI/CD and platform reliability for blockchain services.
