Support senior account managers to manage and develop institutional client relationships across South Asia. Coordinate client engagements, RFPs, onboarding, and internal stakeholder execution. Regional player‑coach leading APAC People Operations delivery: oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, manage a team, drive HR transformation and automation (Workday/ServiceNow), define KPIs and analytics, and enable HRBPs through operational execution, governance, and stakeholder management.

Provide client servicing and sales support for Wealth Management accounts in Singapore: respond to client queries, prepare performance and risk reports, maintain marketing materials, support events/roadshows, analyze portfolio performance and attribution, and act as a product-specific contact for clients.

Support delivery of APAC trading desk projects by analyzing business requirements, documenting trade/settlement workflows, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, engaging brokers/custodians, tracking timelines, identifying risks, and driving issue resolution to implement market, product, regulatory, and operational changes.

Lead and execute Southeast Asia compliance strategy, advise senior management, manage regulatory engagement, oversee monitoring and policies, enable business growth through pragmatic compliance solutions, and modernize the function with tech and data-driven controls.
