The Associate/Senior Associate in Middle Office manages trade life cycle processes, oversees compliance, resolves inquiries, and enhances operational efficiencies for APAC markets.

Support senior account managers to manage and grow institutional client relationships across South Asia and ASEAN/Central/South Asia markets. Coordinate client engagement, RFPs, due diligence, onboarding, and internal execution with portfolio managers and product teams. Prepare client briefings, market updates, and account plans, identify opportunities for asset growth, monitor client activity and market trends, and back up senior managers as needed. Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance, operational, and legal requirements are met while delivering excellent client service.

Provide client servicing and sales support for Wealth Management accounts in Singapore: respond to client queries, prepare performance and risk reports, maintain marketing materials, support events/roadshows, analyze portfolio performance and attribution, and act as a product-specific contact for clients.

Lead and execute Southeast Asia compliance strategy, advise senior management, manage regulatory engagement, oversee monitoring and policies, enable business growth through pragmatic compliance solutions, and modernize the function with tech and data-driven controls.

Support delivery of APAC trading desk projects by analyzing business requirements, documenting trade/settlement workflows, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, engaging brokers/custodians, tracking timelines, identifying risks, and driving issue resolution to implement market, product, regulatory, and operational changes.

Lead regional marketing to drive asset growth, deepen client engagement, and enhance brand leadership in multiple Asian markets.

Serve as APAC voice between client-facing teams and global product/engineering to understand workflows, match needs to solutions, influence global roadmaps, and drive adoption so technology measurably improves APAC Sales, Marketing, Servicing, and PSG outcomes.

Support the CCO for Southeast Asia on regulatory and business compliance for the Singapore office. Develop and update compliance policies and training, manage licensing and regulatory reporting, review marketing/distribution materials, perform AML/sanctions screening and intermediary due diligence, conduct monitoring/testing and trade-floor advisory, support new market entry and client due diligence, coordinate audits and regulatory reviews, and prepare compliance reporting to Global Compliance and senior management.

Regional player‑coach leading APAC People Operations delivery: oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, manage a team, drive HR transformation and automation (Workday/ServiceNow), define KPIs and analytics, and enable HRBPs through operational execution, governance, and stakeholder management.
