Lead HR operations for Singapore and Malaysia, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, payroll oversight, compliance, HRIS and reporting, talent development, engagement, and HR process improvements.

Lead and perform end-to-end internal audits across Singapore, Malaysia, and China. Design audit plans, test controls, document findings, prepare clear audit reports, monitor remediation and follow-ups, manage outsource/co-source partners, conduct special investigations, and travel regionally to engage stakeholders and drive operational improvements.

Lead enterprise strategy efforts across Asia, conducting market and competitive analysis, building business cases and financial models, supporting investment due diligence, driving strategy execution and KPIs, and partnering with senior stakeholders and country leaders to align and implement strategic initiatives.

Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits for Singapore and support Malaysia payroll; administer employee lifecycle activities, maintain HRIS and records, ensure compliance with employment and payroll regulations, assist audits and reporting, and provide HR and office administration support on a 12-month contract.
