Execute multi-asset trades across FX, fixed income, derivatives, and digital assets while managing exposures, liquidity, treasury operations, risk, and OTC counterparties. Develop execution strategies, optimize capital efficiency, onboard liquidity partners, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams. Use AI, automation, Excel, and potentially SQL or Python to improve market analysis, reporting, forecasting, and trading workflows.

Own the technical direction, development, and operation of Pave Bank’s platform infrastructure. Build production systems on GCP using Go, Kubernetes, Temporal, PostgreSQL, and cloud networking technologies. Lead authentication, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, reliability, and incident response efforts. Participate in on-call, troubleshoot production issues, make architectural decisions, collaborate with engineering teams, and mentor platform engineers.

Conduct code reviews, red team exercises, penetration tests, and vulnerability investigations across banking applications and systems. Partner with engineering and product teams to design secure solutions, build security automation, remediate vulnerabilities, review third-party applications, and promote secure coding practices. The role requires hands-on software engineering and security expertise in fintech or crypto environments.

Perform code reviews, penetration testing, and continuous vulnerability assessment. Build security tooling and automation, support third‑party reviews, and educate engineers on secure coding. Work across the full security lifecycle with mentorship from senior engineers.

Own client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Improve operational workflows, integrate compliance and risk requirements, collaborate with Product/Engineering, analyze usage and health metrics, and build playbooks and documentation to scale client success for global fintech customers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, event-driven backend services (primarily in Go). Lead end-to-end feature delivery, write design docs, review PRs, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Product/Compliance/Treasury/Operations, and improve system reliability and engineering practices.

Lead cross-functional product execution to define and launch new financial infrastructure and commercial products. Translate ambiguous business problems into product requirements, work with engineering on APIs and technical tradeoffs, assess commercial viability, and align stakeholders across payments, banking, trading, and treasury workflows.

Lead institutional sales to originate and close high-value accounts, structure cross-border multi-entity solutions, develop pricing and commercial proposals, collaborate with product/treasury/engineering, and help scale the team and sales processes.
