Provide Singapore-based legal counsel for Optiver's APAC trading business, advising on regulatory matters, legal structuring, ISDA and OTC documentation, commercial contracting (software/IT/market data), product approvals, onboarding counterparties, and cross-border legal support. Act as primary local legal contact and collaborate with regional/global legal, compliance, trading, and business teams to support growth and scaling initiatives.

As a C++ Software Engineer, you will develop and optimize systems for pricing, quoting, and executing trades in commodities, collaborating closely with traders and researchers.
