Support regional operations and controls ensuring AML/KYC onboarding, client record accuracy, transaction monitoring, RCSA ownership, regulatory reporting (MAS), iManage data quality, and oversight of outsourced capabilities. Act as first line of defence, liaise with Compliance and Operations, generate management reports, and remediate control gaps.

Manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust structures, perform fiduciary duties, ensure AML/compliance, assist onboarding and due diligence, liaise with bankers/lawyers/accountants, maintain client files, handle billing and time recording, collaborate across jurisdictions, and deliver high-quality client service.

Manage a portfolio of client accounting engagements: prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and unaudited financial statements to SFRS, handle bookkeeping, payroll, GST, corporate tax and XBRL filings, support client onboarding, liaise with clients and auditors, monitor targets and drive process improvements under Senior Manager oversight.

As a Senior Compliance Consultant, you will provide regulatory advice, manage client portfolios, support business development, and stay updated on regulatory changes relevant to asset management clients.
