Manages regional sales strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, customer accounts, tenders, CRM activity, and team performance. Promotes maritime training and digital solutions, develops new business, oversees regional opportunities, monitors competitors, and reports results to leadership. Leads and motivates direct reports while maintaining customer relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, coordinating contract processes, and representing the company at industry events. Regional travel is required.

Own the TM Master product backlog and roadmap, translating maritime operational needs into user stories, priorities, and software releases. Collaborate with engineering, customers, Sales, Support, and Implementation teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Use maritime domain expertise, Planned Maintenance Systems knowledge, SQL analysis, and customer feedback to improve compliance, maintenance, procurement, vessel performance, and operational efficiency.
