Supports Asian equities analysts by building valuation models, preparing research reports, creating charts and tables, monitoring industry information, and covering Japanese companies through Japanese-language webinars and meetings. The role develops toward independent fundamental analysis, fair-value determination, investment-idea pitching, and long-term valuation-based stock research.

Serve as primary business advisor across the customer lifecycle: run discovery workshops, design scalable Morningstar solutions, own implementation planning, drive adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Provides regional HR operations support across Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, leave and benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee records, HR inquiries, communications, engagement initiatives, process improvement, and participation in regional HR projects. The role partners with payroll providers, shared services, and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
