Leads the launch and operation of Maybell Quantum’s Singapore manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include designing and qualifying production lines, transferring processes, managing first-article builds and production ramp, owning output, yield, cost, materials, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role also hires and develops production teams, establishes training and documentation, manages complex cryogenic hardware assembly, and partners with US engineering and manufacturing teams.

Lead the launch and ongoing performance of Maybell Quantum’s Singapore facility. Responsibilities include site selection and commissioning, production and infrastructure setup, team hiring, process qualification, P&L ownership, regional supplier and logistics development, local entity establishment, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The role serves as Maybell’s senior Singapore leader and regional liaison to headquarters, building the operation from an empty facility into a staffed, qualified, producing site.
