Develop and execute digital performance media strategies across search, paid social, programmatic, and other channels. Manage client relationships, suppliers, campaign optimization, reconciliation, reporting, presentations, and ROI performance. Collaborate with internal teams and support training and workload management for junior staff. The role requires hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, app performance campaigns, data analysis, and digital media strategy.

Lead and grow paid search for APAC clients: conduct SEM audits, build and implement strategies, optimize campaigns, deliver reports and insights, mentor junior staff, and support new business.

Support senior team members to execute and manage performance media campaigns across social and programmatic platforms. Duties include campaign setup, pacing, reporting, optimization recommendations, troubleshooting tracking/data discrepancies, and financial/billing support while collaborating with partners and internal specialists.
