The role also supports market expansion, partner marketing, event execution, reporting, and reusable marketing workflows across priority markets.

Lead controllership and financial operations including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance. Drive budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash management, and financial governance. Improve processes, implement scalable systems, support investor reporting and fundraising, and build a high-performing finance team to support rapid global growth.

Part-time remote telehealth clinicians deliver one-on-one mental health care across four roles: psychiatrists providing assessments, prescriptions and ongoing treatment; crisis helpline responders offering immediate intervention; behavioral health coaches delivering 30-minute coaching for subclinical concerns; and clinical providers delivering 60-minute therapy for clinical diagnoses. Responsibilities include assessments, evidence-based interventions, documentation, reporting, and coordinating care per local regulations.

Provide 1-on-1 30-minute telehealth mental health coaching and counseling for sub-clinical issues (work stress, procrastination, work-life balance). Help clients set personal or career goals, collaborate with internal clinical team, and suggest program/platform improvements.
