Manages Singapore HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, compensation, performance reviews, training, employee relations, wellbeing, organizational changes, employment administration, work passes, statutory submissions, insurance, and offboarding. Advises business leaders while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.

Supports shipment planning, scheduling, tracking, inventory monitoring, stock movement reporting, logistics documentation, internal system updates, and process improvement. Collaborates with procurement, warehouse, import/export operations, and customer service teams to support timely and accurate logistics activities.

The Operations Executive will manage port call planning and execution, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders while complying with maritime regulations.
