Provide advanced technical support and escalation handling for Illumio’s breach containment platform. Troubleshoot customer systems, log and update cases, collaborate with R&D and field teams, create diagnostics and KB content, assist with deployments, and gather product requirements. Serve as primary customer contact via email, phone, and remote tools, and provide design and reliability feedback to engineering.
