Deliver in-person and remote training and coaching on the IDeaS revenue management suite to hotel clients, configure systems, integrate solutions into operations, create and review training materials, provide consulting and status reports, mentor team members, and support sales demonstrations. Role requires working with international clients and producing professional training documentation.
