The Foundry Management Lead will manage foundry partnerships, drive quality and yield improvements, and ensure smooth technology transfer and volume ramp in semiconductor production.

Develop and optimize firmware for optical transceiver designs, working closely with hardware and DSP teams, ensuring performance and compliance.

Design, implement, and operate die- and wafer-level test solutions for PIC devices. Develop production test and verification routines, automate wafer- and chip-level probing, collect and analyze optical/electro-optical/RF data, run GR&R studies, troubleshoot test challenges, and document procedures and reports to ensure manufacturability and scalable production.

Develop and execute reliability test plans for photonic and semiconductor products, perform accelerated life testing and statistical life-prediction modeling, analyze failure data and root causes, maintain reliability equipment and lab procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure product robustness.

Lead design, characterization, and qualification of QSFP/OSFP optical transceiver reference designs. Define and execute test plans, characterize >1.6T module performance (BER, TDECQ, OSNR, eye diagrams, sensitivity), bring up and debug modules, and collaborate with firmware and DSP teams to tune system performance and support compliance testing.

Drive development of fabrication processes for TFLN and hybrid silicon photonics integration, optimizing manufacturing and conducting root-cause analyses.
